It’s great for those of you who might feel overwhelmed by the thought of prepping all this food on the day of the barbecue.

  • 5 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 2 ears fresh corn
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 5 cups jack cheese, grated
  • 6 flour tortillas

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
